If only I could learn to like cauliflower. I have a feeling a whole new culinary world would open up.
But if I want rice, I’ll make rice. And if I yearn for pizza, there’s no way in hell I’m opting for a cauliflower crust.
As for roasted vegetables, there’s nothing better than charred broccoli with a sprinkling of curry powder.
All those food posts telling me I’m wrong in hating the white stalks that look like dead things. They don’t mention the smell, which is worse than cabbage, or the texture, which is like sawdust.
With all the tantalizing veggies out there, why force myself to eat something so repulsive? So just shaddup about cauliflower, would you?
